Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be completed in full before orders are dispatched. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

Warranty

Squareplug products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
